Employee In Michigan Arrested For Embezzlement

On Tuesday, January 2, 2007, at 3:22 p.m. Meridian Township Police officers investigated an embezzlement at the Best Buy Store in Okemos. An employee had been identified by the loss prevention staff as having embezzled approximately $35,000.

The employee embezzled the money over a three-month period. The suspect, a 20 year-old female from Williamston, was lodged at the Ingham County Jail for the embezzlement charge. The suspect was arraigned on January 3, 2007.
