Fatal Head On Collision In Michigan
On Saturday, September 18, 2004, at 9:07 a.m., Meridian Township Police responded to a head on collision involving two vehicles. The collision occurred on Grand River Avenue immediately west of Wellington Drive.
One vehicle was eastbound on Grand River. The second vehicle was westbound with the driver and two passengers. The occupants of the second vehicle were transported by Meridian EMS/Fire. The female driver of first (eastbound) vehicle died at the scene. The driver was the only occupant in the vehicle.
Victim – Susan Marie Murray, age 45, Stockbridge
The incident remains under investigation.
