Detroit, MI (March 3, 2022) – A vehicle accident reported on the night of March 3 resulted in injuries and major traffic delays in Detroit. The incident was reported to authorities at around 10:56 p.m.
Sources state that the crash happened in the westbound lanes of Interstate 94 at Conner. Firefighters and other responders arrived at the scene shortly after the collision took place in order to assist the involved parties.
Crews worked to assist injured victims for some time while police investigated the circumstances of the accident. At least one person was treated on-site for injuries they sustained in the crash. Those with serious injuries were transported to local medical centers as needed.
Those involved have not been identified to the public at this time as police are still investigating. Delays in traffic were observed in the area for some time after the incident occurred.
