Lansing, MI (June 24, 2025) – A two-vehicle accident with injuries occurred during the evening hours of June 23 in the Lansing area. The crash took place around 8:30 p.m. on Interstate Highway 96 near the Cedar Street exit.
Emergency personnel from both the Delhi and Lansing Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene, along with multiple response units, including Engine 44, Squad 21, Battalion 43, and MED49. Upon arrival, crews found that one SUV had come to rest upright in a ditch, while another vehicle remained on the roadway. At least one person was injured and received medical attention at the scene before being transported for further evaluation. Lansing Police Department officers provided traffic control while responders managed the scene and cleared debris.
