Detroit, MI (December 11, 2021) – Highway patrol officers and emergency responders were called to the scene of a car wreck on Saturday, December 11 in the westbound lanes of Interstate 94 near 8 Mile Road.
Sources reported that, at about 11:30 a.m., multiple lanes of travel were closed down as police officers and first responders worked to aid victims and clear the scene.
The left shoulder, left lane, center lane, and right shoulder were blocked for some time while emergency crews were present on the roadway. At least one person was treated for injuries at the scene.
No information has been released on how the crash occurred or the condition of anyone involved.
