Wayne, MI (December 25, 2021) – A car accident took place on an interstate in Wayne on Saturday, December 25th at about 1:25 p.m.
Police and emergency medics were called to the scene in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 at the Michigan Avenue off-ramp. Upon their arrival, they rendered aid and transportation to the injured victims.
The lefthand lane of the interstate was shut down while officers investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The names of the victims have not been released.
