Grand Rapids, MI (December 31, 2021) – A car crash occurred in Kent County, Grand Rapids on the evening of December 31. Reports indicate that the wreck occurred at around 11:37 p.m. between an unspecified number of vehicles.
The incident happened in the eastbound lanes of M-21 (Fulton Street) at Headley Street. The factors contributing to the cause of the incident remain under police investigation.
Paramedics and police were observed on-site shortly after the crash occurred in order to assist the injured victims and investigate the circumstances of the wreck. At least one person was in need of emergency medical care at the scene.
The entire roadway was closed for an extended period of time on the night of December 31. Currently, authorities in Kent County continue to investigate.
