Detroit, MI (January 3, 2022) - A crash reported in the North Corktown section of Detroit ended in injuries, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation. At around 11:20 a.m., on January 3, emergency crews responded to the site of a crash on Interstate 94.
Reports from the MDOT show that a crash blocked several lanes of westbound Interstate 94 in the area near Interstate 75. Emergency crews throughout Wayne County responded to the scene to provide assistance.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
The police department in Detroit is currently investigating to determine what caused the crash.
