Grand Rapids, MI (February 17, 2022) – A major traffic collision occurred in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, February 16. Initial reports reveal the wreck happened at approximately 5:48 p.m.
M-57, also known as 14 Mile Road, was blocked off by police at Northland Drive due to the collision occurring in the area. Police, paramedics, and fire crews were observed at the scene.
The westbound lanes of M-57 were shut down as crews worked to clear the scene. Paramedics assisted injured parties on-site and transported those in need of further care to area medical centers.
At this time, authorities in Grand Rapids continue to investigate the circumstances of the wreck.
