Detroit Auto Collision Attorneys

Your right to compensation is often dependent on something called “comparative fault.” This means that if you operated a motor vehicle involved in a traffic accident in Michigan, you will not be able to sue if you are found to be more than 50% responsible for the collision. If you were a pedestrian or passenger, however, and sustained injuries due to an auto accident, you almost always have the right toward compensation due to the fact that you were likely not a contributor to the cause of the crash.

The Detroit personal injury attorneys at the Michigan Legal Center handle a wide array of personal injury claims for individuals just like you. Whether you were injured in an auto accident or another type of accident, we are here to help. If you’ve been seriously hurt, and it was not your fault, we’re here to help you exercise your legal rights.
