Car Crashes in Lansing
Tens of thousands of people utilize Michigan’s highways and streets every day for their commutes, weekend road trips, and other purposes. Some of the busiest and riskiest segments of roadway in the greater Detroit region are I-94 between Vining Road and Telegraph Road, I-94 between roadway 96 and the junction with Interstate 75, and I-94 between Seven Mile Road and Telegraph Road.
The majority of Michigan’s roadways have 65 mph speed limits, with 55 mph being the statewide maximum. However, regardless of the specifics of the collisions or the traffic regulations in a given location, the force and speed seen on roads and interstates significantly increase the likelihood that those involved in a vehicle collision sustain severe injuries or fatal wounds.
The unfortunate reality is that automotive collisions are the main cause of severe injuries in the Detroit metropolitan area. The aftermath of a car crash may be challenging for victims in a variety of ways, including having to deal with considerable challenges such as exorbitant medical costs, lost time at work, and other severe disadvantages.
If you were hurt in a vehicle accident that was the fault of another motorist, they should be responsible for all of your medical costs. If you’ve been hurt in the Motor City and need legal assistance, a personal injury lawyer can do the following for you:
-Putting together information from the accident site and other sources, such as security camera video and witness testimony.
-Collecting more information by interrogating potential witnesses.
-Facilitating conferences between you and specialists in accident analysis to discuss your claim in depth.
-Reading all insurance company communication and then negotiating a settlement after examining their first offers.
