Multi-Driver Crashes in Detroit
Every 10 seconds, somewhere in the United States, there is a car crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The bulk of personal injury cases being examined by our courts today involve car incidents, which is not surprising given the dismal statistics we’ve seen both nationally and in Michigan.
Even if you think your injuries are modest and the facts surrounding the accidents are simple, you should nonetheless schedule an appointment with legal counsel after a car accident. Legal representation has been demonstrated to increase compensation for plaintiffs. Despite victims’ concerns that hiring an attorney may drain their finances, this is the case. Most personal injury lawyers take cases on a contingency fee basis, which means they don’t get paid until you do.
Having legal counsel may be helpful in a wide range of scenarios. Your lawyer will act as your representative and handle all discussions with insurers and other parties. You may have the assurance that your lawyer will investigate your case thoroughly, find the responsible parties, and explain why you deserve compensation. The next step might be to interview possible witnesses and acquire any further information needed.
Our company is able to better understand and sympathize with the effects of our clients’ injuries because we take the time to get to know them on a personal level.
