Detroit, MI (September 29, 2023) - On Friday afternoon, September 29, police were dispatched to a collision involving two to three vehicles in the Detroit metropolitan area.
On Friday at approximately 4:40 p.m., an accident occurred on northbound I-275 after the Interstate 94 exit and transition ramp, per local authorities.
The police report that no one was critically injured in the collision; however, at least two individuals were transported to a nearby hospital as a precaution. Speed was suspected as a contributing cause to the incident, but the circumstances leading up to the accident are still unknown.
The investigation continues in the interim. Witnesses were asked to contact the Detroit Police Department for additional information.
