Detroit, MI – Car Crash with Injuries near I-94 & M-39

Detroit, MI (November 17, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident was confirmed in the Detroit area on Friday evening, November 17. At around 4:40 p.m., the police and firefighters out of Detroit were called to the scene of a major crash that blocked multiple lanes on Interstate 94.

Crash reports indicate that the westbound side of the interstate saw extensive delays due to a vehicle collision that occurred in the area near Michigan 39. The incident prompted officials to close off several lanes while assisting on sites. At least one person was injured in the crash and transported to a local hospital for medical care.
