Detroit, MI (November 22, 2023) - After an accident on Wednesday, November 22, a local Detroit roadway was nearly completely closed. The left lanes and shoulder, as well as the right shoulder, on southbound Interstate 75 at the Joslyn Road exit were closed down due to the accident at roughly 4:30 p.m., according to troopers with the Michigan State Police. Multiple first responders reported to the scene shortly thereafter. At least two drivers were involved, though it's unclear how the collision occurred. First responders also arrived at the site, though it is unclear how severe the victims' injuries were or the current conditions of those involved. Local law enforcement in the Detroit area is continuing their investigation, but no new details have been published as of yet.
