Olive Twp., MI (December 18, 2023) – The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a man was injured in a crash that occurred on Saturday evening in Olive Township. The accident occurred at around 6:00 p.m. on December 16.

According to reports from the Sheriff’s Office, a 53-year-old man was involved in a collision on 120^th Avenue, just south of Port Sheldon Street. After the collision, the man pulled over his vehicle. The man exited his vehicle and began to walk down the roadway when he was struck by a second vehicle, which was driven by a 64-year-old from Hudsonville. The pedestrian was injured as a result of the crash. The victim was transported to a local hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
