Shelby Twp., MI – Injuries Reported in Hit-&-Run Crash on Lakeside Blvd

Shelby Twp., MI (January 18, 2024) - Emergency medical services, firefighters, and police at of Macomb County were dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in Shelby Township and ended in injuries. The accident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on January 16.

According to official reports, a motor vehicle accident occurred on Lakeside Boulevard North in front of the Life Time fitness center. One of the involved vehicles fled the scene of the crash without stopping. Emergency medical services were summoned to the crash site to provide care to those harmed as a result of this accident. Injured victims were transported to local hospitals for further medical care. The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation by law enforcement.
