Ingham, MI (January 21, 2024) – At least one person was injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Ingham on Saturday, January 20. The incident occurred at around 4:55 p.m.

According to law enforcement reports, a collision involving an unknown number of vehicles took place on the southbound side of US Highway 127. The incident prompted the state police and firefighters to close off the roadway between Bellevue Road and Berry Road as they assisted with removing the involved vehicles. The Michigan Department of Transportation reported significant delays throughout the area. Medical personnel tended to those harmed while on site. Injured victims were transported to local hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
