Lansing, MI (February 12, 2024) – The 6 Michigan Department of Transportation informed the police and firefighters in Jackson County that they were needed at the scene of a car crash that occurred during the evening hours on Saturday, February 10.

At approximately 10:45 p.m., the left lane on the westbound side of Interstate 94 was closed due to a collision that occurred after Michigan 60. The incident caused disruptions in the area near Exit 136 as the Michigan State Police and firefighters remained on-site. Medical personnel responded to the scene to provide aid to injured parties. Those who required further medical attention were transported by ambulance to local hospitals. The state police are currently investigating the incident.
