Green Oak Twp., MI – Injury Accident at Old Lee Rd & S Old US Hwy 23

Green Oak Twp., MI (February 22, 2024) – The Michigan state police and area firefighters were called to the scene of an automobile accident in Livingston County on Tuesday evening, which resulted in injuries. Just before 6:00 p.m. on February 20, the Michigan Department of Transportation was notified of a crash on old US Highway 23.

Preliminary reports show that vehicles collided on the northbound side of the highway near the entrance to Old Lee Road at Exit 58. Police officers immediately secured the roadway to prevent further damage or injuries. Medical personnel responded to the crash site to care for those harmed before transporting them to area hospitals. The state police are currently investigating the incident.
