Mills Twp., MI (February 24, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident was reported in Mills Twp. sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. 911 officials were informed of the accident at around 2:15 a.m. on February 19.

Midland County deputies responded to the scene of the accident and located the damaged vehicles blocking the road. Authorities initiated an investigation and determined that a 25-year-old man involved in the accident was under the influence. The driver was transported to Midland County Jail by police. Authorities confirmed that at least one person was injured in the accident. Medical personnel tended to those harmed before transporting them to area hospitals. The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
