Flint, MI – Injuries Reported in S Dort Hwy Crash near E Court St

Flint, MI (February 28, 2024) – The Flint Police Department, Flint Fire Department, and emergency medical services were all summoned to the scene of a car crash that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.

Preliminary investigations show that vehicles collided on South Dort Highway at approximately 12:25 p.m. on February 27. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately closed off the roadway just north of East Court Street. Emergency officials remained at the scene extensively while assisting. Emergency medical services tended to the injured victims briefly while at the scene. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals by ambulance. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
