Burton, MI – Auto Wreck with Injuries on Atherton Rd at S Center Rd

Burton, MI (March 4, 2024) – Emergency crews were summoned to the site of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Burton area and ended in injuries. The crash was reported just after 5:15 p.m. on March 3.

According to reports from Genesee County 911 dispatchers, a collision blocked the intersection of East Atherton Road and South Center Road. The incident prompted authorities to close off the intersection for a significant amount of time. The incident caused disruptions throughout the area as emergency crews worked to remove the involved vehicles. Medical personnel rendered aid to the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
