Saginaw Twp., MI (March 11, 2024) – A woman lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Saginaw Township on Sunday morning, March 10. The Saginaw Township Police Department and local firefighters were called to the scene of the accident just after 10:00 a.m.

Police reports indicate that a Chevrolet Volt was heading northbound on Midland Road. As the vehicle proceeded through the area just north of Michael David Drive, it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado. The impact of the crash caused the Silverado to overturn. Both of the involved vehicles came to rest in the roadway. The driver of the bolt, identified as an adult female, was pronounced deceased at the scene due to her injuries. The driver of the Silverado was transported to a hospital in Midland for medical care. The accident is currently under investigation.
