Flint, MI (March 15, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Thursday evening in Flint. The Flint Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of an automobile accident at approximately 4:45 p.m. on March 14.
According to area law enforcement, a collision blocked the westbound side of Interstate 69 during the early evening hours. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the involved vehicles on the roadway just west of South Dort Highway. Emergency medical services responded to treat the injured parties while at the scene. An undisclosed number of people were transported to local hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated by the Flint Police Department.
