Detroit, MI (March 24, 2024) – At least one person has died as a result of a fatal motor vehicle collision reported to the ninth precinct in Detroit. The accident was reported to law enforcement during the early morning hours on Saturday, March 23.

Official reports indicate that a motor vehicle accident occurred on Moross Road and Kelly Road. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident and immediately shut down the intersection. Police and firefighters worked to remove the wreckage from the roadway. At least one person had to be extricated from their vehicle. Fatal injuries were reported as a result of the accident. At least one person was pronounced deceased by authorities. The total number of injured people is not known. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
