Flint Twp., MI – Auto Accident Reported on I-75 near Beecher Rd

Flint Twp., MI (April 13, 2024) – At around 11:15 a.m. on April 12, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in Flint Township.

According to reports from 911 dispatchers in Genesee County, the northbound side of Interstate 75 was blocked just south of Beecher Road as a result of a motor vehicle collision. Police and firefighters closed off multiple lanes of the road while assisting. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene to provide aid to the injured parties. One person was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
