Macomb, MI (May 11, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Macomb on Friday, May 10. Authorities received a request for assistance at around 3:45 p.m.
Official reports indicate that a Ford Mustang and an unknown number of vehicles collided on 23 Mile Road near Gratiot Avenue. The incident blocked multiple lanes near the Home Depot, prompting the closure of the intersection. Emergency crews remained at the scene for a significant amount of time. MedStar was requested to care for injured victims and transport them to area hospitals. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
