Detroit, MI - Rear-End Crash on I-75 Near I-69 Results in Victim Injuries

Detroit, MI (July 26, 2023) - Officers from the Detroit Police Department reported a collision involving injuries on Wednesday, July 26 in close proximity to Interstate 69 and Exit 117 from southbound Interstate 75.

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, the collision happened on southbound I-75 at roughly 2:15 p.m. At least two drivers apparently collided in a rear-end collision that happened in the left lanes of traffic.

Although paramedics were contacted and the area was blocked off by DPD officials, no details regarding the drivers' injuries have been disclosed. The DPD will inform the public as soon as new details become available.

In the meanwhile, an investigation is still being conducted.
