Detroit, MI (July 26, 2023) - On Wednesday, July 26, the Detroit Police Department reported a collision on the southbound side of Interstate 75 that resulted in injuries.
The incident occurred at around 7:50 p.m. on southbound I-75 near the Luna Pier, said the Michigan Department of Transportation. The entire motorway was closed, and police began their investigation at about 8:00 p.m.
DPD officers cordoned off the scene and requested medical aid, but there has been no update on the drivers' conditions made public.
The DPD has taken up the investigation of the crash and will continue its inquiry over the course of the week.
