Clinton Township, MI (August 12, 2023) - The Macomb County Sheriff's Office reported that a possible head-on accident that happened in the Clinton Township area on Saturday, August 12, resulted in injuries and may have led to victim entrapment.
Two drivers were involved in the crash, which occurred at about 10:05 p.m. close to the intersection of Crocker Boulevard and Harper Avenue.
According to a Macomb County scanner notice, the accident-affected area was restricted for more than an hour as local officials worked to investigate the scene and call for the dispatch of nearby emergency medical services. Firefighters reportedly helped rescue the trapped victims, and at least one person was brought to the hospital to treat injuries.
However, there hasn't been any new information provided in the interim, and the inquiry is still ongoing.
