Detroit, MI (August 12, 2023) - The Detroit Police Department responded quickly to a report of a car accident with injuries on Saturday night, August 12.
According to an incident notice issued by the Michigan Department of Transportation, the collision happened on southbound Michigan State Route 10 at the Howard exit. At 7:20 p.m., investigators from the Detroit Police Department and the Michigan State Police arrived.
The Detroit Police Department swiftly sought aid from local emergency medical services; however, it is unclear how many people were hurt. The current conditions of the individuals evaluated by EMTs at the scene are unknown.
DPD detectives are currently actively investigating the incident but have begun interviewing potential witnesses.
