Detroit, MI (August 22, 2023) - A woman in Detroit was run over and sent to the hospital after a break-in and hit-and-run on Sunday, August 20.
On Sunday morning, the incident occurred on Lansing Street in Southwest Detroit, close to Interstate 75. The police said they have launched an investigation and are still looking for the suspect(s).
The victim's husband claims he heard someone breaking into his vehicle at around 2:00 a.m. on a Sunday before the suspect allegedly hit and injured his wife. Authorities reported that the incident left the woman with several wounds, though her current condition is not known.
An investigation is active at this time.
