Lansing, MI - US 127 Site of Vehicle Wreck, Injuries at Trowbridge

Lansing, MI (September 25, 2023) - The U.S. Highway 127 lanes between Trowbridge Road and I-496 are closed due to an accident.

A report of a collision was made at 3:40 p.m. Southbound Highway 127 was closed around 3:50 p.m. on Monday, according to authorities in Lansing.

MDOT reports that the accident has blocked lanes center and left and the left shoulder. No word has been given on the degree of the victims' injuries or their present conditions, even though emergency medical technicians were called to the incident site to assess the wounded.

A collaborative investigation is being conducted by the Lansing Police Department and the Michigan State Police.
