Detroit, MI (October 19, 2023) - At least one person was hurt in a crash involving multiple drivers that occurred along a major highway in Detroit on Thursday, October 19.
The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. on eastbound I-94 after Mt. Elliott. The accident scene, affecting the left and center lanes, was closed once the Wayne County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived. However, authorities did not release specific details about the crash's victims and their conditions.
Although emergency medical responders were sent to the scene to evaluate the victims and bring those seriously injured to the hospital, it is unknown how severe their injuries or current conditions are.
