Detroit, MI (October 20, 2023) - On Friday afternoon, October 20, at least one person was hurt in an accident that occurred in the greater Detroit area, as reported by Oakland County authorities.

Authorities say that the incident occurred on southbound Interstate 75 at the exit to Grange Hall around 12:30 p.m. on Friday and that it appeared that at least one of the drivers may have fled the scene after the incident occurred.

Detroit Fire and EMS units from the Oakland area were en route, but it's not clear how seriously the victims were injured.

Troopers with the Michigan State Police assessed the scene, along with officers from the Detroit Police Department. However, officers are continuing to investigate at this time.
