Detroit, MI - Man Dies, Three Hurt in Head-on Wreck on Chicago Dr

Detroit, MI (October 23, 2023) - On Monday morning, a man from Wyoming was killed in a head-on collision.

After receiving reports of a head-on collision at around 7:20 a.m., police and firefighters from the Wyoming Department of Public Safety were sent to the area of Chicago Drive SW and Burlingame Avenue SW. According to the preliminary investigation conducted by the police, two drivers collided near the intersection, resulting in the death of one of the motorists.

Three people in one of the vehicles were also injured and brought to the hospital. Details on their conditions remain unavailable, however.

Witnesses were asked to contact the Wyoming Division of Public Safety if they had any information. An investigation remains active in the meantime.
