Detroit, MI - I-94 Site of Injury Wreck at M-10

Detroit, MI (October 24, 2023) - Multiple right lanes on westbound Interstate 94 were shut down by a multi-vehicle wreck on Tuesday morning, October 24, and the Detroit Police Department was called to the site of the crash to investigate.

According to a report from the Michigan Department of Transportation for Wayne County, the accident shut down several left-hand lanes of the highway after Michigan Highway 10. Just before 12:30 a.m., the Detroit Police Department and the Michigan State Police arrived at the site to begin their investigation.

The Detroit Police Department also sought emergency medical help, as at least one person sustained injuries. However, it is presently unclear how many people were hurt.

Detectives from the DPD are completing their inquiry and looking for any witnesses who may have further information. No new information has been given since then.
