Lansing, MI - Five Hospitalized in Accident on Community St

Lansing, MI (October 28, 2023) - At least five people were sent to the hospital after a two-car collision occurred on Saturday, October 28, in Lansing.

The Lansing Police Department said that they were called to the scene of the collision at around 5:45 p.m. on Community Street.

Several departments responded to the scene, including the Lansing Fire Department, the East Lansing Police Department, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office, the Michigan State Police, and the Michigan State University Department of Police and Public Safety.

According to LPD, they are looking into the accident. No information suggests that speeding or alcohol had a role, but an investigation remains active.
