Macomb County, MI (November 12, 2023) - A victim was fatally injured in a pedestrian accident on Sunday, November 12, and was hospitalized, according to local officers.
According to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, officers responded to the collision on westbound Metro Parkway at the juncture of North Point Parkway. The victim was attended to on-site by EMS but was pronounced dead at the scene.
Several law enforcement agencies responded to assist the MCSO. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene, but officers have not released further information in the interim.
