Walker Car Accident

Lansing, MI (November 14, 2023) - Lansing fire crews responded to an apartment building in central Lansing on Tuesday morning, November 14, around 6:30 a.m. The fire happened at the Walnut Living Apartments on 826 North Walnut Street. Crews on the scene responded to flames and smoke in the building. Firefighters say all residents were able to escape without serious injuries, though EMTs reported to the site of the incident to assess those with minor wounds. As of 7:00 a.m., fire crews contained the fire but did not release further details about the victims involved. An investigation into the cause of the blaze remains active.
