Kalamazoo, MI – Accident Reported on US-131 near D Ave

Kalamazoo, MI (April 14, 2024) – Emergency crews in Kalamazoo were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday morning, April 13. The incident was reported by the Michigan Department of Transportation at around 10:30 a.m.

According to area law enforcement, a collision between vehicles blocked the left lane of US Highway 131. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the involved vehicles on the northbound side of the road. Authorities arrived on site and located the involved vehicles near Exit 44 at D Avenue. Emergency medical services were called to care for the injured victims. An unknown number of people were transported to local hospitals for further medical care.
