Michigan State Police Fatally Shoot James Andrew Jennings During Otisville Standoff

Otisville, Michigan — Authorities have confirmed that James Andrew Jennings, age 54, was shot and killed by the Michigan State Police following a standoff in Otisville, Michigan.

According to official information, officers responded to a report of a domestic assault at a residence in the 100 block of Main Street. Upon arrival, Jennings reportedly barricaded himself inside the home.
