Bay County, MI (July 19, 2023) - A portion of U.S. Highway 10 in Bay County was blocked due to a major injury collision on Wednesday afternoon, July 19, according to early reports from Michigan State Police (MSP) troopers.
Per information released by the MSP Tri-City Post, four vehicles and a small box truck were reportedly involved in the wreck, which occurred on U.S. 10 at 9 Mile Road around 3:40 p.m.
EMTs also responded and transported at least one person to an area hospital, though the total number of victims and the extent of their injuries are unknown.
MSP stated the collision remains under investigation and added that MSP Aviation and MSP Traffic Collision Reconstructionists were dispatched to the site to aid the inquiry.
