Detroit, MI - I-94 Scene of Injury Accident at Little Mack

Detroit, MI (August 17, 2023) - Officers from the Detroit Police Department were sent to the eastbound side of I-94 on Thursday afternoon, August 17, in response to a complaint of a collision causing injuries.

The DPD and the Michigan DOT reported a multi-vehicle crash on the left side of the roadway and ramp to Little Mack at around 4:05 p.m. The wreck, which resulted in the closing of multiple traffic lanes and the subsequent deployment of first responders, was first reported by authorities to have involved at least two drivers and a few passengers.

EMTs also responded, and several emergency personnel could be seen evaluating injuries at the scene of the crash. However, the authorities have not disclosed any information on the victims' present conditions.

Agents from DPD are in charge of the accident inquiry in the meantime.
