Detroit, MI (August 19, 2023) - The Detroit Police Department was summoned early on August 19 in response to reports of an automobile collision with casualties.

The crash took place on southbound I-75, near the Standish exit, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation. Around eleven in the morning, officers from the Michigan State Police and the Detroit Police Department came and started their investigation.

Although medical help has also been sought by the Detroit Police Department, it is unknown how many persons were hurt. The condition of the victims who were assessed by EMTs at the site is still unclear.

The DPD is gathering information on the wreck at the moment and is looking to speak with anybody who may have seen anything.
