Detroit, MI (September 4, 2023) - At least one person was hurt in an early Monday morning crash involving two or three cars in the Detroit area, according to local officials.
At 8:50 in the morning, a crash involving many vehicles was reported on the westbound side of Interstate 94, not far from Michigan State Route 10. Deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrived on the scene and determined that a chain reaction collision involving many vehicles may have occurred just before the M-10 off-ramp.
Paramedics were sent to the site of the crash to aid the wounded; however, it is unclear how severe the victims' injuries are, and no updates have been provided on their current situations.
Authorities have not yet released any information on the accident's cause. There is still an open case being looked into.
