Detroit, MI (September 6, 2023) - On Wednesday evening, September 6, a collision involving at least two vehicles on southbound Interstate 275 in the Greater Detroit area resulted in a handful of injuries.
During the early evening hours on Wednesday, it appears that at least two drivers collided at the Ann Arbor Road exit from I-275. Just before 6:00 p.m., Michigan State Patrol troopers and Wayne County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived to initiate an investigation. The incident took place in the middle of the highway as traffic began to slow, per additional reports from officials.
Although they were transported to the hospital, no other details regarding the conditions of the injured victims have been released.
No new information has been presented to the public, though local officials say that their investigation continues.
