Detroit, MI (September 7, 2023) - There was a multi-vehicle accident on southbound Interstate 75 at the 7 Mile Road exit on Thursday afternoon, September 7.
The Detroit Police Department responded quickly, sending officers to the location. The Michigan Department of Transportation said that at least two or three vehicles were involved in the incident that closed the whole route in the Wayne County region.
The Detroit Police Department and the Michigan State Police arrived to conduct an investigation at around 4:40 p.m. The Detroit Police Department has also sent medical personnel. However, it is yet unclear how many people have been killed or injured.
The DPD has finished interviewing potential witnesses and is moving on with its inquiry.
