Detroit, MI (September 25, 2023) - On Friday, September 22, at around 10:45 p.m., a serious accident took place.
The incident, which occurred on westbound I-96 in Detroit close to Evergreen Road, involved an SUV and at least one deceased victim. The total number of injured victims is unknown, though EMTs were spotted at the site of the crash shortly after it occurred.
Troopers with the Michigan State Police are still investigating the surrounding circumstances of the crash and have not provided further details. However, MSP troopers asked any witnesses to come forward.
